An assessment of your relationship is what you need, complete with followup options for improving things. This process typically takes 2 or 3 sessions, and will give you a good sense of what you can work on. The process focuses on evaluating strengths and weaknesses in your relationship, and on targeting areas of improvement. Short-term followup therapy is available to fix areas of weakness.
